Like as i said in my last blog that I finally decided to prepare an omelette. As I hadn’t had my breakfast. I decided to begin my first experience as a chief by making an omelette. I had seen my mom while preparing it. I set to work quietly so as not to wake my grandma up. Now its time to collect the things which I need. I took an egg and some tomatoes and onion. I knew the basics. So I began to work. I chopped the onion on the chopping board just like I had seen mom doing it. Then I washed the tomatoes and started chopping. This time disaster struck and I cut my finger. There was no bleeding but it was just as painful. And after about a few minutes I got back on my work. And then came the eggs I cracked them in half. It took two or three attempts to crack it open and into the bowl. The spices were next.
Well,as most of you know, mothers always keep spices on the shelf of the cabinet. I was trying to jump to reach them but i failed,I went to the hall and grabbed a stool. After climbing up the stool,I grabbed the chilly powder and the salt. I put the ingredients in the bowl with the egg and mixed it well. I light the stove and placed the frying pan on it and poured some oil in it…and spilled some on the floor too, accidentally. Till the pouring of the batter into the pan everything was going perfect then I wondered how ti turn it without breaking but I managed to turn it without breaking. While I was busy taking it out in the plate, someone came up behind me and it was mom. She overwhelmed with joy looking at my dish and then I asked to tasty she said “tasty” and then I ate and I realised that it was really tasty. I was very happy with my accomplishment, even if it was bit burnt.
Thousand problems might be there but coffee is solution to all
What is coffee? Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans. Coffee is darkly colored, bitter, slightly acidic and has a stimulating effect in humans, primarily due to its caffeine content. It is one of the most popular drinks in the world, and it can be prepared and presented in a variety of ways (e.g., espresso, French press, café latte). It is usually served hot, although iced coffee is a popular alternative.
History
The story of ‘Kaldi’, the 9th-century Ethiopian goatherd who discovered coffee when he noticed how excited his goats became after eating the beans from a coffee plant, mainly due to due to its caffeine content.
Different types of Coffee
Espresso: it is also the
base for other drinks. Espresso has more caffeine per unit volume than most coffee
beverages
Americano: Americano are
usually taken for breakfast. In simplified terms, it could be said that they
are diluted espresso shots.
Cappuccino: Loved for its
creamy texture and taste; A cappuccino has more milk foam.
Latte: The coffee
consists of espresso, steamed milk and milk froth.
Mocha: mochas are a
blend between hot chocolate and coffee. Usually served piping hot, these drinks
do have cold variations like Iced mocha etc.
(There
are numerous type of coffee and one blog will surely won’t fit them all)
Conclusion
Most
coffees are variations of one another. So similar, sometimes we get confused
and fail to see the significance of even the minutest of differences.
Ever since I was a little girl, pizza has always had a special place in my heart. From pizza day in the school cafeteria to pizza parties at sleep away camp, there was nothing more exciting than when that cardboard box was opened to reveal a round pie with eight delicious slices waiting to be devoured.Nearly any ingredient can be put on pizza. From pepperoni and anchovies to barbecue chicken and pineapple, every pizza pie is like a unique work of art. Every pie is a different shape and size. There are thin crust pies, deep dish pies, and everything in between. There are pies with different cheeses and tomato sauce, or even pies with a completely different base altogether. I like cheesy pizzas beacause they melt very fast while i give a small bite. I wont mind if i get to eat the pizza for the enitre day. I will eat it without any shame. Thatswhy I love pizaas they are soo yummmm and delicious, tasty.Ever since I was a little girl, pizza has always had a special place in my heart. Early on I learned that everybody eats their pizza differently. There
are those who fold their slices in half, those who eat their slices
with two hands, and those who (dare I say) like to cut their pizza with a
fork and knife. Some people soak up the olive oil with a napkin, while
others don’t mind a greasy slice. Some people like the crust, while
others live for that first bite. Some people decorate their slices with
spices, while others like it plain.

Experience
My
first attempt at cooking was really good.
When
I was young, the kitchen had an invisible ‘stop ’sign put there
by my mom.” No you cannot enter here “she always said to me.
Well, I really don’t blame her because I was so naughty girl. And
also kitchen is not a place for kids. But sure,I have always wanted
to cook by myself and also I use to stand outside the kitchen looking
at my mom ,how she is preparing food.A few years passed by and I
became very interested in food, both eating and preparing it. Then I
requested to my mom to allow me in her kitchen and let me help her.
Than I have always helped her around whenever my mom cooked, but I
have never done anything by myself.
Then a fine day (I was around 17). I was alone at my home, as my mom had gone for grocery shopping with my sister and my grandma was fast asleep and no one else was at home. And I was hungry. Now it’s a time to strike! I sneaked through the dinning room and there was the kitchen in front of me , I stepped inside. I was confused to decide what to prepare. I opened the door of the fridge and I found eggs. I decided to make an omelet.
